We deliver via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and common carriers. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be emailed to you when available. Tracking may not be available on all orders. A signature is required for deliveries going to a business; residential deliveries will be at the discretion of the delivery driver if a signature is required for delivery.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted. Due to our commitment to processing orders quickly, our distribution center is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment once the checkout process is completed. If you no longer need the item and would like to return it, please contact our returns department.
Our estimated delivery dates are calculated based on various factors, including product availability at our distribution centers, time of day, delivery location, and whether an item must be shipped freight. Nordecks.com does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or internationally. We also cannot accept orders shipping to UPS/FedEx stores, USPS locations, mail holding facilities, or freight forwarding companies.
Items that ship freight, including furniture, oversized items, hazardous items, and products with a combined weight over 600 lbs do not qualify for free shipping. These will ship via common carrier from our distribution center to your dock in 5-10 business days. The shipping charge for these items is $74 for the first item and $40 for each additional freight item, with a maximum total of $400.00. Any item beyond that will ship for free.
A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Please note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.
Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery only. The driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist in bringing the item off the truck or inside. If you need additional services to get the product off the truck and inside, additional charges may apply.
Inside delivery is available for business addresses in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. If you request the driver to deliver inside at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges. Please note that inside delivery does not include installation and takeaway of packaging materials.
Residential delivery may not be available in some areas; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address. Inside delivery is not available to residential addresses or home offices.

The majority of our customers receive their items within 1-3 business days after placing an order. Certain restrictions apply.
After obtaining your Return Authorization Number and a return address, make sure to carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.). Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package, but not on the product packaging. Ensure the item is packaged suitably for shipment.
Use your preferred shipping method to send the product to the return address. If possible, provide us with the return tracking number and track the return to ensure we receive it.
Once our Returns Department receives the merchandise, Nordecks.com assumes full responsibility. We are not responsible for any loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession. Consider insuring valuable items to cover replacement costs in case the package is lost during transit.
If a product is returned as new but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse a refund entirely.
Due to limited shelf life, safety concerns, and potential for fraudulent claims, we do NOT accept returns on the following items: toner cartridges, ink cartridges, electronics, business machines, mattresses, select furniture, clearance, closeout items, hygiene and consumable products (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, pharmaceuticals, and paper). These products will only be accepted in case of a manufacturer's defect, damage, or an error on our part.
Opened computer software, calendars, or dated appointment books from the current or previous calendar years cannot be returned.
Some Non-Returnable items have an expiration date. Check the expiration date upon delivery. If the expiration date is 30 days or less, contact us, and we will reship the item at no cost.
If you ordered the item incorrectly or changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, re-stock able item, minus shipping costs. Items returned directly to the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in case quantity. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Nordecks.com.
If we sent a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, contact us within 2 business days, and we will arrange for the merchandise to be returned. If your order is incomplete or not received, contact us, and we will investigate and, if necessary, process a replacement or refund.
To maintain low prices for all customers, return authorization is required to return merchandise. If an item is refused upon delivery, be aware that your refund may be subject to actual outbound shipping and return shipping costs. If a return is received without prior return authorization, the shipment may be refused and/or returned to you at your cost. Thank you for helping us keep prices low for all our customers.
Unless stated otherwise on our site, all products are sold with the full manufacturer warranty. The period and service of the warranty vary depending on the manufacturer and product. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process them. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within one to two weeks. Allow one week to receive replacement merchandise.
For California residents only. On a delivery returned to Nordecks.com for a full refund of the purchase price and any applicable sales tax, the retail delivery fees collected and paid on such retail delivery are NOT eligible for a refund or credit per the state of California.
